Micro Interactions Without Noise

Tiny animations should clarify, not decorate. If it does not explain, it distracts.

A micro interaction is a sentence, not a speech. It should confirm an action, show a transition, or signal a boundary. When it does too much, it becomes visual noise.

The cleanest interactions are often the smallest: a button that compresses slightly, a list that fades in from a stable place, or an icon that flips once to show state. These gestures are tiny, but they add confidence because they feel deliberate.

Restraint makes motion feel premium. When the page moves only when it has to, the user trusts every movement it makes.
