TypographyContentDesign
A reader does not move through a page line by line. They glance, stop, jump, and return. Typography that assumes a straight read will fail when people skim.
Use hierarchy that is obvious at a glance. Strong headings, generous spacing, and short lead sentences let the eye build a map of the content without effort. When the structure is clear, skimmers become readers.
Designing for skimmers is not a compromise. It is a commitment to clarity, and clarity is what makes long content worth reading in the first place.
